Josh Bryant is the youngest person to officially bench press 600 lbs raw in a sanctioned meet in the history of competitive powerlifting, regardless of federation anywhere in the world.  Josh has numerous world records, and lays claim to many prestigious titles too numerous to list.  As well as being an authority in powerlifting and strength sports, it is believed Josh was the first top-level powerlifter to successfully integrate and advocatethe incorporation of  plyometrics into a powerlifting program.  Powerlifters, strong men, and other athletes are successfully using Josh’s innovative plyometric program.

The JoshStrength Method is built from Josh’s experience and education.

Josh is a member of and certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as a Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT), Specialist in Sports Conditioning  (SSC), and a Specialist in Performance Nutrition (SPN).  In May 2000 Josh Bryant, ISSA-SPN, CFT, SSC, was named head strength and conditioning coach at Carpinteria High School.  During Josh’s tenure at Carpinteria, they won the CIF SS Championship in Football and were voted California State Small School Champions.  After a stint under Doc Kreis at UCLA as an assistant Speed, Strength, & Conditioning Coach, Josh turned his attention to personal training.

Obviously, Josh has the education and has proven he is a world-class competitor time in and time out.  That is all great but what can he do for you?
