Break the dieting blues with this easy, and very tasty chicken recipe.

  • -- 20oz of chicken breast filets, seasoned to taste
  • -- 1 1/4 cup of salsa (your choice of flavor and brand)

Spray a slow cooker or Crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray. Season your chicken to taste on both sides. (Be creative with your spices for flavor!) Place your seasoned chicken into the cooking dish and pour the salsa over the chicken breasts.

Let them sit covered overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, set your slow cooker or Crock-pot on low, and cook for 7 to 8 hours. When you get home from work, and your workout, dinner will be ready! Add a fresh, raw green bell pepper in as a vegetable and you're ready for a protein packed meal.
